近几年，施工企业之间竞争激烈，因项目管理不善而引发的施工企业倒闭破产的现象越来越多。本文对市政工程项目亏损的隐患进行了分析，提出了完善项目成本管理与公司防范项目亏损的管控措施，以供施工企业各层管理者参考。

In recent years, due to poor project management failures, the fierce competition between construction enterp-rises has lead to more and more bankruptcy. In this paper, the hidden danger to the municipal engineering project loss were analyzed, control measures to improve the management of pr-oject cost and to prevent loss of company projects were put forward, to provide reference for the managers in construction enterprise.
