Along with the accelerating process of urbanization, construction enterprises wil pay more at ention to the constru-ction of quality and safety management to occupy the dom-inant position in the fierce competition in the market. This pa-per summarized and analyzed the main problems existing in present quality and safety management in China’s construction, and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
