In recent years, the economy showed a significant upward trend in our country, and the city process is accele-rating. This also makes the construction industry develop ra-pidly, al kinds of construction projects appeared as bamboo shoots after a spring rain, among which the key is the cons-truction management. This paper studied the innovation of co-nstruction management of construction engineering project.
