The ef ectiveness of the quality management sys-tem of construction project not only affects the quality of the whole structure engineering, but is also to a certain extent related to the enterprise’s competitiveness in the market. This paper analyzed the existing problems in quality management system of construction engineering in China, and discussed the measures improving the effectiveness of the quality mana-gement of construction projects.
