The open excavation foundation pit is an important component of city subway construction;cut and cover excava-tion of subway demands the length and depth. Because the subway is normal y in the area of dense population, dense bu-ildings, and dense underground pipes, so it is in the need for the construction technology. This article mainly discussed the excavation problem in the construction of open cut metro, and put forward the corresponding strategy.
