随着我国城镇化进程的加速推进,土地资源日趋紧张,东南沿海各中小城市的住宅已大量采用高层剪力墙结构。本文结合某工程实例,就剪力墙连梁的裂缝进行了分析。笔者抛砖引玉,希望借此能引起相关各方重视,减少类似事故发生的概率。

With accelerating process of urbanization in China, land resources have increasingly been constrained, so the smal and medium-sized city housing has widely used high-rise shear wal structure in the southeast coast. Combining with an engin-eering example, cracks of shear wal s were analyzed. The aut-hor hoped to cause the at ention of relevant parties to reduce the probability of similar accidents.
