Nowadays, the methods for city planning evaluat-ion are divided into two kinds: consistency of planning and present situation;evaluation based on performance. This article carried on the analysis to the above two methods of evaluation, with the hope to use them in different evaluation criteria, pr-ocedures and technologies to guide the city planning towards a more scientific direction.
