目的：探讨儿童牙颌畸形预防与早期治疗的效果。方法：2009年8月-2013年7月收治牙颌畸形儿童患者100例，对其治疗情况进行整理回顾，分析治疗效果及发病原因。结果：随访6个月后，患者满意度99.0%，并发症1例，未出现畸形情况。结论：对于儿童牙颌畸形的治疗，加强对儿童刷牙等正确方法的引导，形成良好习惯，替颌期乳牙滞留拔除，保证个人口腔卫生，可以降低发病率，及早发现治疗，掌握最佳时机，可以有效提高矫正效果。

목적：탐토인동아합기형예방여조기치료적효과。방법：2009년8월-2013년7월수치아합기형인동환자100례，대기치료정황진행정리회고，분석치료효과급발병원인。결과：수방6개월후，환자만의도99.0%，병발증1례，미출현기형정황。결론：대우인동아합기형적치료，가강대인동쇄아등정학방법적인도，형성량호습관，체합기유아체류발제，보증개인구강위생，가이강저발병솔，급조발현치료，장악최가시궤，가이유효제고교정효과。
Objective:To explore the effect of early treatment analysis of children with dentognathic deformity.Methods:100 children with dentognathic deformity were selected from August 2009 to July 2013.The treatment situation was reviewed,and the treatment effect and aetiological agent were analyzed.Results:After 6 months of follow-up,the satisfaction of patients was 99%.1 case had complication and did not appear abnormal situation.Conclusion:For the treatment of children with dentognathic deformity,strengthening the guidance of children brushing and other correct methods,forming a good habit,for jaw period retained deciduous teeth extraction and ensuring personal oral hygiene can reduce the incidence rate.Early detection for treatment and grasping the best time can effectively improve the correction effect.
