本文主要通过对现今中小企业内部控制制度现状进行分析调查，研究现有企业内控现状的不足之处，结合内控制度的规范化要求，为中小企业建立健全内控制度指出方向，让内控制度为中小企业的发展壮大发挥保驾护航的作用，使中小企业可以充分发挥其在国民经济中的积极作用。

This article analyzes the present situation and problems of the internal control system of middle and small-sized enterprises. Combined with the standardization of the internal control system, this article points out the direction for the middle and small-sized enterprises to establish and improve the internal control system, so as to benefit the development and growing of the small and medium-sized enterprises and thus they can well play their positive role in the national economy.
