In recent years, the electric power enterprise staff training has achieved great development in China, but compared with foreign advanced concepts and practices, there is still a certain gap. Using comparative study method, this paper analyzes the general trend of development of the staff training in China and abroad and the similarities and differences, in order to get the relevant experience and find the deficiency, and then puts forward corresponding suggestions based on the practice of electric power enterprise in China.
