目的：观察和探讨鼻内镜下手术治疗过敏性鼻炎伴有鼻中隔偏曲的临床疗效。方法从该院2012年1月—2013年12月收治的过敏性鼻炎伴有鼻中隔偏曲的患者中选取90例，分为实验组和对照组，其中实验组45例，行鼻内镜下手术治疗；对照组45例，应用常规药物治疗。随访1年。结果实验组显效23例（51.11%），有效16例（35.56%），无效6例（13.33%），总有效率86.67%；对照组显效12例（26.67%），有效15例（33.33%），无效18例（40.00%），总有效率60.00%。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论鼻内镜下手术治疗伴有鼻中隔偏曲的过敏性鼻炎，疗效显著，有较好的临床应用价值。

목적：관찰화탐토비내경하수술치료과민성비염반유비중격편곡적림상료효。방법종해원2012년1월—2013년12월수치적과민성비염반유비중격편곡적환자중선취90례，분위실험조화대조조，기중실험조45례，행비내경하수술치료；대조조45례，응용상규약물치료。수방1년。결과실험조현효23례（51.11%），유효16례（35.56%），무효6례（13.33%），총유효솔86.67%；대조조현효12례（26.67%），유효15례（33.33%），무효18례（40.00%），총유효솔60.00%。량조비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론비내경하수술치료반유비중격편곡적과민성비염，료효현저，유교호적림상응용개치。
Objective To observe and discuss the clinical curative effect of nasal endoscopic operation on allergic rhinitis complicated with nasal septum deviation. Methods 90 cases with allergic rhinitis complicated with nasal septum deviation admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group. 45 cases in the experimental group were treated by nasal endoscopic operation, and 45 cases in the control group were treated with conventional drugs. All the patients were followed up for 1 year. Results In the experimental group, the treatment was distinctly effective in 23 cases (51.11%), effective in 16 cases (35.56%), ineffective in 6 cases (13.33%), the total effective rate was 86.67%; in the control group, the treatment was distinctly effective in 12 cases (26.67%), effective in 15 cases (33.33%), ineffective in 18 cases (40.00%), the total effective rate was 60.00%, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Significant effectiveness has been gotten with the nasal endoscopic operation and it has high application value in clinical practice.
