目的:分析去白细胞悬浮红细胞、悬浮红细胞在同等离心条件下储存中的溶血率变化。方法选取2013年3月—2013年8月该站收集的90袋每袋200 mL的血液,随机分为3组,悬浮红细胞组(30袋)、去白细胞悬浮红细胞I组(30袋)、去白悬浮红细胞II组(30袋),将其3组分别放置4℃冰箱内28 d,分别7 d、14 d、21 d、28 d分别取样检测溶血率。结果悬浮红细胞组溶血率分别是7 d(0.59±0.02)、14 d(0.11±0.07)、21 d(0.13±0.08)、28 d(0.21±0.11);去白悬红I组7 d(0.14±0.09),14 d (0.20±0.13),21 d(0.24±0.14%,28 d(0.10±0.22);去白悬红 II 组7 d(0.10±0.06),14 d(0.21±0.10),21 d(0.32±0.16),28 d(0.41±0.18)。结论红细胞溶血与血液在去白过滤的分离中受损有关,但去白细胞悬浮红细胞在保存期溶血率小于0.8%范围内可以用于临床使用。

Objective To analyze the change of hemolysis rate of leukocyte-removed suspended red blood cells and suspended red blood cells in the storage period with the same centrifugal conditions. Methods 90 bags of 200 ml blood collected in our blood station from March 2013 to August 2013 were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups, suspended red blood cells group (30 bags), leukocyte-removed suspended red blood cells group I (30 bags), leukocyte-removed suspended red blood cells group II(30 bags). The 3 groups of bags were put in the refrigerator with the temperature of 4 centigrade for 28 days. And the three groups were sampled for detecting the hemolysis rate at the 7th day, 14th day, 21st day and 28th day. Results The hemolysis rate of sus-pended red blood cells group was 0.59%±0.02%at the 7th day, 0.11%±0.07%at the 14th day, 0.13%±0.08%at the 21st day, and 0.21%±0.11%at the 28th day;and that of the leukocyte-removed suspended red blood cells group I was 0.14%±0.09% at the 7th day, 0.20%±0.13% at the 14th day, 0.24%±0.14% at the 21st day and 0.10%±0.22% at the 28th day;and that of the leukocyte-removed suspended red blood cells group II was 0.10%±0.06% at the 7th day, 0.21%±0.10% at the 14th day, 0.32%±0.16% at the 21st day and 0.41%±0.18% at the 28th day. Conclusion The hemolysis of red blood cells is correlated to the damage due to the separation of blood for leukocyte filtration, but the leukocyte-removed suspended red blood cells can be used clinically in the storage period within the range that the hemolysis rate is below 0.8%.
