目的:探讨中医健康教育路径在优质护理活动中的应用。方法选取该院于2013年1月—2014年1月收治的70例中风患者,根据患者的住院时间将患者分成对照组与观察组,对照组34例,观察组36例。对照组给予传统健康教育,观察组按照中医健康教育路径对患者进行健康教育。对比两组患者健康教育达标率以及患者满意度。结果观察组患者健康教育知识掌握均值为(24.23±4.42)分,对照组患者健康教育知识掌握均值为(16.76±4.86)分,对照组健康教育达标率为64%,观察组健康教育达标率为90%,观察组的健康教育达标率、Barthel指数评分量表以及患者满意度均高于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医健康教育路径可以增强患者的生活自理能力,提高整体护理质量,患者满意度高,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application of traditional Chinese medicine health education path in high-quality nursing activities. Methods 70 cases of stroke patients admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected and di-vided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission. There were 34 cases in the control group, and 36 cases in the observation group. The control group was given conventional health education, and the observation group was given the health education by traditional Chinese medicine health education path. And the qualified rate of health edu-cation and the level of satisfaction of two groups of patients were compared. Results The average scores of mastering the knowl-edge about health education of the observation group were (24.23 ± 4.42) points, while those of the control group were (16.76 ± 4.86) points;the qualified rate of health education of the control group was 64%, while that of the observation group was 90%. The qualified rate of health education, Barthel Index and the level of patient satisfaction of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group, the differences in the data between the two groups were statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine health education path can enhance the self-care ability of the patients, improve the overall quality of care with high level of patient satisfaction, which is worth the clinical promotion.
