目的：探讨疏肝解郁中药对患有肝郁型ICPP的女童中医症候、性激素水平与心理行为的影响。方法回顾性分析门诊治疗的45例患有ICPP的女童，所有患儿均采用疏肝解郁中药进行治疗，比较治疗前后患儿的中医症候评分与性激素水平以及临床症状的变化情况。结果患有肝郁型ICPP的女童治疗后的中医症候评分（11.3±2.8）显著低于治疗前（18.2±4.7）， FSH、LH、E2等性激素（3.1±0.8）、（1.1±0.3）、（11.2±2.7）水平明显低于治疗前（4.2±1.2）、（2.0±0.5）、（19.2±4.5）（均P<0.01），乳房大小、乳房直径、乳房疼痛、阴道分泌物（1.42±0.45）、（1.03±0.37）、（0.66±0.23）、（0.84±0.31）等临床症状明显优于治疗前（2.08±0.67）、（1.86±0.54）、（1.12±0.45）、（1.33±0.51）（均P<0.01）。结论疏肝解郁中药能显著减轻患有ICPP女童的中医症候评分和性激素水平，还可有效消除患儿的临床体征，是一个具有较高临床应用价值的药物。
목적：탐토소간해욱중약대환유간욱형ICPP적녀동중의증후、성격소수평여심리행위적영향。방법회고성분석문진치료적45례환유ICPP적녀동，소유환인균채용소간해욱중약진행치료，비교치료전후환인적중의증후평분여성격소수평이급림상증상적변화정황。결과환유간욱형ICPP적녀동치료후적중의증후평분（11.3±2.8）현저저우치료전（18.2±4.7）， FSH、LH、E2등성격소（3.1±0.8）、（1.1±0.3）、（11.2±2.7）수평명현저우치료전（4.2±1.2）、（2.0±0.5）、（19.2±4.5）（균P<0.01），유방대소、유방직경、유방동통、음도분비물（1.42±0.45）、（1.03±0.37）、（0.66±0.23）、（0.84±0.31）등림상증상명현우우치료전（2.08±0.67）、（1.86±0.54）、（1.12±0.45）、（1.33±0.51）（균P<0.01）。결론소간해욱중약능현저감경환유ICPP녀동적중의증후평분화성격소수평，환가유효소제환인적림상체정，시일개구유교고림상응용개치적약물。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shugan Jieyu medicine on the TCM syndrome, sexual hormone level and psychological behavior of female children with stagnation of liver qi type ICPP. Methods The clinical data of 45 female children with ICPP treated in outpatient were analyzed retrospectively. All of them were treated with Shugan Jieyu medicine. The TCM syn-drome, sexual hormone level and clinical signs of them before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the TCM syndrome score (11.3±2.8) of female children with stagnation of liver qi type ICPP was significantly lower than that of prior treatment (18.2±4.7) , the level of sexual hormone (FSH, LH, E2) (3.1±0.8), (1.1±0.3), (11.2±2.7) was significantly lower than that of prior treatment (4.2±1.2), (2.0±0.5), (19.2±4.5), respectively(all P<0.01), breast size, diameter of breast, breast pain, vaginal se-cretions (1.42±0.45), (1.03±0.37), (0.66±0.23), (0.84±0.31) was significantly better than that of prior treatment (2.08±0.67), (1.86± 0.54), (1.12±0.45), (1.33±0.51), respectively (all P<0.01). Conclusion Shugan Jieyu medicine could reduce the TCM syndrome, sexual hormone level in female children with stagnation of liver qi type ICPP effectively, as well as eliminate the clinical signs of the patients, so Shugan Jieyu medicine is a drug with high application value in the treatment of ICCP.
