目的：探讨多奈哌齐联合音乐治疗早期阿尔茨海默（AD）的疗效。方法选择2011年1月至2013年12月在该院诊治的早期AD患者24例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各12例。对照组单用多奈哌齐药物治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上配合音乐治疗。对比分析两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗12周后与治疗前比较，两组患者简易精神状态检查（MMSE）总分均明显提高，且治疗组患者老年临床评定量表（SCAG）总分下降明显，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；12周末两组注意力因子比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），其中治疗组与对照组比较SCAG量表中抑郁、焦虑、不合作、易激惹评分明显降低，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论多奈哌齐可以缓解AD的进展，多奈哌齐联合音乐治疗在改善患者的情绪、注意力方面疗效明显。
목적：탐토다내고제연합음악치료조기아이자해묵（AD）적료효。방법선택2011년1월지2013년12월재해원진치적조기AD환자24례，수궤분위치료조화대조조，각12례。대조조단용다내고제약물치료，치료조재대조조적기출상배합음악치료。대비분석량조환자치료효과。결과치료12주후여치료전비교，량조환자간역정신상태검사（MMSE）총분균명현제고，차치료조환자노년림상평정량표（SCAG）총분하강명현，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）；12주말량조주의력인자비교，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05），기중치료조여대조조비교SCAG량표중억욱、초필、불합작、역격야평분명현강저，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론다내고제가이완해AD적진전，다내고제연합음악치료재개선환자적정서、주의력방면료효명현。
Objective To explore the effect of donepezil combinde with music therapy in treatment of the early_stage Alzheimer′s diease(AD). Methods A total of 24 early_stage patients received in JiangSu JinTan City Second People′s Hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group 12 cases in each group. The control group were given donepezil,the treatment group was coordinated with music treatment. The therapeutic effect was compared and analyzed. Results The difference on MMSE and SCAG scores of the two groups between the end of 12_week treat_ment and before the treatment were statistically significant (P<0.05);Compared the concentration factors between the two group ,it had significantly statistical difference(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the depression,anxiety,non_cooperation and ir_ritability,were obviously decreased in the SCAG scale in the treatment group (P<0.05). Conclusion Donepezil may relieve the progression of AD. The treatment of donepezil plus music therapy may improve mood and attentions with significant curative effect.
