目的：探讨脑卒中急性期偏瘫患者出院后，特别是回家后到乡镇卫生院的康复期的治疗方法。方法：收治脑卒中康复期偏瘫患者65例，分别采取不同的康复治疗措施，观察治疗效果。结果：观察组无论生活方式改善、服药的依从性、神经功能的恢复等诸多方面均明显优于对照组。结论：通过临床实践的观察，对脑卒中康复期偏瘫患者所采取的康复措施是积极的、正确的、有效的，提出了适合基层的综合康复治疗方法，对基层理疗康复科具有一定的参考价值。

목적：탐토뇌졸중급성기편탄환자출원후，특별시회가후도향진위생원적강복기적치료방법。방법：수치뇌졸중강복기편탄환자65례，분별채취불동적강복치료조시，관찰치료효과。결과：관찰조무론생활방식개선、복약적의종성、신경공능적회복등제다방면균명현우우대조조。결론：통과림상실천적관찰，대뇌졸중강복기편탄환자소채취적강복조시시적겁적、정학적、유효적，제출료괄합기층적종합강복치료방법，대기층리료강복과구유일정적삼고개치。
Objective:To investigate the acute period of cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia after discharge,especially the broad masses of peasants to go home,the comprehensive treatment in the rehabilitation period at the township health centers.Methods:65 stroke patients with hemiplegia at rehabilitation period were selected.They were treated with different rehabilitation measures.We observed the effect of treatment.Results:In the observation group,lifestyle changes,medication compliance,the recovery of nerve function were significantly better than those of the control group.Conclusion:Through the observation of clinical practice, rehabilitation measures we have taken for stroke patients with hemiplegia at rehabilitation period are positive,correct and effective. We put forward the comprehensive rehabilitation for basic treatment method.It has certain reference value to the basic physical therapy rehabilitation.
