目的：探讨正视止痛剂的不良反应与癌痛患者生活质量的相关性。方法：2013年1-12月收治肺肿瘤疼痛患者120例，随机分为干预组66例与对照组54例。对照组按常规给予评分、止痛等护理；干预组在常规护理的基础上加强宣教正视止痛剂的不良反应及预防处理。通过对比分析干预前后患者对止痛剂不良反应的了解程度以及疼痛分值情况，评价正视止痛剂不良反应与患者生活质量水平相关性。结果：干预组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，疼痛评分明显减少，生活质量评分明显提高，与干预前相比，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对癌症患者进行必要的疼痛健康教育，有利于患者正视止痛剂的不良反应，提高患者遵医行为，控制疼痛，从而显著提高患者生活质量水平。

목적：탐토정시지통제적불량반응여암통환자생활질량적상관성。방법：2013년1-12월수치폐종류동통환자120례，수궤분위간예조66례여대조조54례。대조조안상규급여평분、지통등호리；간예조재상규호리적기출상가강선교정시지통제적불량반응급예방처리。통과대비분석간예전후환자대지통제불량반응적료해정도이급동통분치정황，평개정시지통제불량반응여환자생활질량수평상관성。결과：간예조불량반응발생솔명현저우대조조，동통평분명현감소，생활질량평분명현제고，여간예전상비，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：대암증환자진행필요적동통건강교육，유리우환자정시지통제적불량반응，제고환자준의행위，공제동통，종이현저제고환자생활질량수평。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between facing the adverse reaction of analgesics and life quality of patients with cancer pain.Methods:120 patients with lung cancer pain were selected from January to December of 2013.They were randomly divided into the intervention group with 66 cases and the control group with 54 cases.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,and analgesic etc.On the basis of routine nursing,the intervention group were strengthen the education of facing adverse reaction of analgesic and the method of prevention it.Through the comparative analysis of patients understanding for Adverse reaction of analgesics before and after the intervention,and also analyzed the degree of pain,in order to evaluate the correlation between facing analgesic adverse reaction and the quality of life in patients with cancer pain.Results:The incidence of adverse reaction in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group.When compared with before intervention,pain score was reduced significantly,and the quality of life score also improved significantly after intervention.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Given necessary health education of pain for cancer patients can help patients face adverse reaction of analgesic,and improve the compliance behavior of patients,and learn to control the pain,therefore,it can significantly improve the quality of patients life.
