目的：探讨心理护理干预对白血病患者的临床效果。方法：将白血病患者74例随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予心理护理干预，比较两组SCL-90量表评分。结果：护理后观察组抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐惧、躯体化评分显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：对白血病患者进行心理护理干预能有效改善患者的负性情绪。

목적：탐토심리호리간예대백혈병환자적림상효과。방법：장백혈병환자74례수궤분위대조조화관찰조。대조조급여상규호리，관찰조급여심리호리간예，비교량조SCL-90량표평분。결과：호리후관찰조억욱、초필、활대、공구、구체화평분현저저우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：대백혈병환자진행심리호리간예능유효개선환자적부성정서。
Objective:To to study the clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention on patients with leukemia.Methods:74 cases of patients with leukemia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group were given conventional nursing,and the observation group were given psychological nursing intervention.We compared SCL-90 scale scores of the two groups.Results:Scores of anxiety,hostility,terror,somatization in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions:Psychological nursing intervention on patients with leukemia can improve the patients' negative emotions effectively.
