目的：探讨个体化健康教育在妇科患者当中的应用与效果。方法：2012年-2013年5月收治妇科疾病患者108例，按照随机对照原则分为治疗组和对照组，每组54例。对照组使用常规护理模式，治疗组除了进行常规的护理外采用个体化的健康教育护理，对比两组患者在治疗期间的治疗情况以及护理质量的满意度。同时对患者进行3个月的后期随访，观察两组患者的疾病复发情况等。结果：对照组的平均住院时间4.8 d，护理质量满意度88.9%(48/54)，在为期3个月的随访当中，5例患者复发。而治疗组的平均治疗时间4.6 d，两组患者的治疗时间对比无明显的差异，无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。治疗组护理满意度98.1%(53/54)，后期1例患者复发，两组结果对比差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：妇科疾病患者采用个体化健康教育护理模式不仅可以有效提高患者的护理质量满意度，有效减少护患纠纷发生的可能性，提高医院的整体护理质量，同时还能够有效地减少患者疾病的复发几率，值得临床推广。

목적：탐토개체화건강교육재부과환자당중적응용여효과。방법：2012년-2013년5월수치부과질병환자108례，안조수궤대조원칙분위치료조화대조조，매조54례。대조조사용상규호리모식，치료조제료진행상규적호리외채용개체화적건강교육호리，대비량조환자재치료기간적치료정황이급호리질량적만의도。동시대환자진행3개월적후기수방，관찰량조환자적질병복발정황등。결과：대조조적평균주원시간4.8 d，호리질량만의도88.9%(48/54)，재위기3개월적수방당중，5례환자복발。이치료조적평균치료시간4.6 d，량조환자적치료시간대비무명현적차이，무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。치료조호리만의도98.1%(53/54)，후기1례환자복발，량조결과대비차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：부과질병환자채용개체화건강교육호리모식불부가이유효제고환자적호리질량만의도，유효감소호환규분발생적가능성，제고의원적정체호리질량，동시환능구유효지감소환자질병적복발궤솔，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To investigate the application and effect of individualized health education on gynaecological nursing. Methods:108 cases of patients with gynecological disease from January 2012 to May 2013 were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly according to random and control standard,with 54 cases in each group.The control group were treated with the conventional nursing mode,and the treatment group were treated with the individualized health education in addition to routine nursing.We compared the treatment condition and satisfaction with care of the two groups during the course of therapy.The disease recurrence condition of the two groups was observed in follow-up for 3 months.Results:The average hospitalization time of the patients in the control group was 4.8 d;the satisfaction with care of the patients was 88.9%(48/54);5 patients relapsed in follow-up for 3 months.The average hospitalization time of the patients in the treatment group was 4.6 d;there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction with care of the patients in the treatment group was 98.1%(53/54);1 patient relapsed;there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The individualized health education mode used on the patients with gynecological disease can improve the satisfaction with care of the patients,reduce the possibility of contradiction between nurses and patients to enhance the overall care quality of the hospital,but also can reduce the disease recurrence of patients effectively,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
