总结阴式子宫次全切除术的围术期的护理经验。方法：收治接受阴式子宫次全切除术患者82例，手术前后实施了有针对性的护理措施。结果：患者术后无大出血、下肢静脉血栓、泌尿系感染等相关并发症，康复出院。结论：对阴式子宫次全切除术的患者加强围术期护理可有效减少其手术并发症，对患者的预后有重要影响。
總結陰式子宮次全切除術的圍術期的護理經驗。方法：收治接受陰式子宮次全切除術患者82例，手術前後實施瞭有針對性的護理措施。結果：患者術後無大齣血、下肢靜脈血栓、泌尿繫感染等相關併髮癥，康複齣院。結論：對陰式子宮次全切除術的患者加彊圍術期護理可有效減少其手術併髮癥，對患者的預後有重要影響。
총결음식자궁차전절제술적위술기적호리경험。방법：수치접수음식자궁차전절제술환자82례，수술전후실시료유침대성적호리조시。결과：환자술후무대출혈、하지정맥혈전、비뇨계감염등상관병발증，강복출원。결론：대음식자궁차전절제술적환자가강위술기호리가유효감소기수술병발증，대환자적예후유중요영향。
Objective:To summarize the nursing experience of transvaginal subtotal hysterectomy in perioperative period.Methods:82 patients who accepted transvaginal subtotal hysterectomy were selected.They were given the targeted nursing measures before and after the operation.Results:The patients had no bleeding,venous thrombosis of the lower limbs,urinary tract infection and other complications after the operation and discharged from hospital.Conclusion:Perioperative nursing for transvaginal subtotal hysterectomy patients can effectively reduce the operation complications.It has an important influence on the prognosis of the patients.
