目的：探讨人性化护理在产科手术室护理中的应用效果。方法：2013年3月-2014年3月收治产科手术患者390例，随机分成观察组和对照组，各195例，对照组按照常规的护理方法进行护理，观察组给予人性化护理。结果：观察组护理前患者焦虑水平评分(40.5±11.3)分，护理后评分(31.2±1.21)分；护理前疼痛Ⅰ级76例(39.0%)，护理后疼痛Ⅰ级188例(96.4%)；护理前疼痛Ⅱ级59例(30.2%)，护理后疼痛Ⅱ级7例(4.6%)；护理前疼痛Ⅲ级60例。对照组护理前患者焦虑水平评分(40.6±11.4)分，护理后评分(38.8±11.1)分；护理前疼痛Ⅰ级75例(38.5%)，护理后疼痛Ⅰ级139例(71.3%)；护理前疼痛Ⅱ级60例(30.8%)，护理后疼痛Ⅱ级32例(16.1%)；护理前疼痛Ⅲ级60例，护理后疼痛Ⅲ级24例。两组护理后较护理前焦虑水平和疼痛级别明显改善，观察组护理与对照组护理比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：人性化护理可以明显降低产妇的焦虑水平，明显降低患者疾病疼痛，提高患者的护理质量。

Objective:To explore the application effect of humanized nursing in obstetrical operation room nursing.Methods:390 patients with obstetric operation were selected from March 2013 to March 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 195 cases in each.The control group were given nursing according to the routine nursing method. The observation group were given the humanized nursing.Results:The anxiety level score of patients in the observation group before nursing was (40.5±11.3)points,and the score after nursing was (31.2±1.21)points;76 cases(39.0%) were pain Ⅰ level before nursing,and 188 cases(96.4%) were pain Ⅰ level after nursing;59 cases(30.2%) were pain Ⅱ level before nursing,and 7 cases(4.6%) were pain Ⅱ level after nursing;60 cases were pain Ⅲ level before nursing.The anxiety level score of patients in the control group before nursing was (40.6±11.4)points,and the score after nursing was (38.8±11.1)points;75 cases(38.5%) were pain Ⅰ level before nursing,and 139 cases(71.3%) were pain Ⅰ level after nursing;60 cases(30.8%) were pain Ⅱ level before nursing,and 32 cases(16.1%) were pain Ⅱ level after nursing;60 cases were pain Ⅲ level before nursing,and 24 cases were painⅢ level after nursing.The anxiety level and the pain level of two groups before nursing were improved significantly than those after nursing.The nursing care of the observation group and the control group were significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized nursing can significantly reduce the anxiety level of maternal,significantly reduce the disease pain of patients,and improve the nursing quality of patient.
