目的：探讨阑尾炎围手术期护理对策。方法：2012年1月-2013年1月收治阑尾炎手术患者16例作为对照组并给予常规手术护理，2013年1月-2014年1月收治阑尾炎手术患者20例作为观察组并给予围手术期整体护理。观察两组患者住院不良事件发生率、平均住院时间及护理满意度情况。结果：观察组住院不良事件发生率、平均住院时间均明显低于对照组，且护理满意度优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：给予围手术期整体护理，可减少阑尾炎患者术后并发症，缩短住院时间和提高护理满意度，值得在临床推广应用。
목적：탐토란미염위수술기호리대책。방법：2012년1월-2013년1월수치란미염수술환자16례작위대조조병급여상규수술호리，2013년1월-2014년1월수치란미염수술환자20례작위관찰조병급여위수술기정체호리。관찰량조환자주원불량사건발생솔、평균주원시간급호리만의도정황。결과：관찰조주원불량사건발생솔、평균주원시간균명현저우대조조，차호리만의도우우대조조，차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：급여위수술기정체호리，가감소란미염환자술후병발증，축단주원시간화제고호리만의도，치득재림상추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the nursing countermeasures of appendicitis in peri operation period.Methods: 16 patients with appendicitis operation were selected from January 2012 to January 2013 were given conventional operation nursing as the control group.20 patients with appendicitis operation were selected from January 2013 to January 2014 were given the peri operation period holistic nursing care.We observed the adverse events rate, average hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction of the hospitalized patients of two groups.Results:The hospitalization rate of adverse events and the average hospitalization time of the observation group patients were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The holistic nursing care during peri operation can reduce the complications after operation for patients with appendicitis,shorten hospitalization time and improve nursing satisfaction,so it is worth to popularize in the clinical application.
