目的：探讨超早期(生命体征平稳0～24 h)康复护理对脑卒中后抑郁发生的影响。方法：2012年6月-2013年6月收治脑卒中患者82例，将其随机分为对照组和研究组，对照组给予常规护理，研究组给予超早期康复护理，住院5周后采用汉密斯抑郁量表(HAMD)进行测评。结果：超早期康复护理组抑郁标准分值明显低于对照组得分，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论：超早期康复护理可有效降低脑卒中后抑郁的发生率。

목적：탐토초조기(생명체정평은0～24 h)강복호리대뇌졸중후억욱발생적영향。방법：2012년6월-2013년6월수치뇌졸중환자82례，장기수궤분위대조조화연구조，대조조급여상규호리，연구조급여초조기강복호리，주원5주후채용한밀사억욱량표(HAMD)진행측평。결과：초조기강복호리조억욱표준분치명현저우대조조득분，량조비교，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.01)。결론：초조기강복호리가유효강저뇌졸중후억욱적발생솔。
Objective:To investigate the impact of super early(stable vital signs at 0~24 h) rehabilitation nursing on depression after cerebral apoplexy.Methods:82 patients with stroke were selected from June 2013 to June 2012.They were randomly divided into the control group and the research group.Patients in the control group were given conventional nursing,and in the research group were treated with super early rehabilitation nursing,then evaluated the treatment effect using Hanmyce Depression Scale(HAMD) after 5 weeks in hospital.Results:The depression standard score in the super early rehabilitation nursing group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion:Early rehabilitation care after stroke can effectively reduce the incidence of depression.
