目的：探讨普通温针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者的临床疗效以及有效的护理方法。方法：2012年1月-2014年1月收治LDH患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组行普通温针法治疗，对照组行针灸电针法治疗，并比较两组疗效。结果：观察组治疗后症状评分(24.51±3.32)分，总有效率86.7%，均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：普通温针法治疗LDH患者疗效显著，同时应加强临床护理，以更好地提高疗效。

목적：탐토보통온침요법치료요추간반돌출증(LDH)환자적림상료효이급유효적호리방법。방법：2012년1월-2014년1월수치LDH환자60례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，관찰조행보통온침법치료，대조조행침구전침법치료，병비교량조료효。결과：관찰조치료후증상평분(24.51±3.32)분，총유효솔86.7%，균명현우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：보통온침법치료LDH환자료효현저，동시응가강림상호리，이경호지제고료효。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect and effective nursing method of general temperature acupuncture treatment on patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:60 patients with LDH were selected from January 2012 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group were given general temperature acupuncture treatment.The control group were given acupuncture and electric acupuncture treatment.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The symptom score after treatment in the observation group was (24.51±3.32);the total effective rate was 86.7%;they were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of general temperature acupuncture treatment on patients with LDH is remarkable.At the same time,we should strengthen the clinical nursing to better improve the curative effect.
