目的：探讨血清CEA、CA125、CA199联检在诊断卵巢癌中的作用。方法：2010年2月-2014年3月收治手术确诊的卵巢癌患者80例，病理确诊的卵巢良性患者50例，同时收集同期健康体检各项指标均正常的健康人作为对照组，均抽取静脉血进行血清 CEA、CA125、CA199检查。结果：卵巢癌组 CEA(19.5±10.0)ng/mL，CA125(389.2±174.5)U/mL，CA199(133.2±72.2)U/mL；卵巢良性组 CEA(4.4±2.1)ng/mL，CA125(19.5±7.5)U/mL，CA199(15.1±8.9)U/mL；对照组 CEA(2.0±1.4)ng/mL，CA125(12.4±8.1)U/mL，CA199(11.2±4.6)U/mL，卵巢癌组、卵巢良性组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，卵巢癌组与卵巢良性组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。单独CEA检验的敏感度35.0%，特异性98.75%；单独CA125检验的敏感度72.5%，特异性92.5%；单独CA199检验的敏感度43.75%，特异性96.25%；联合检验的敏感度91.25%，特异性90.0%，联合检验明显优于 CEA、CA125、CA199单独检验(P＜0.05)。结论：血清CEA、CA125、CA199联检有利于提高阳性检出率，值得临床推广。

목적：탐토혈청CEA、CA125、CA199련검재진단란소암중적작용。방법：2010년2월-2014년3월수치수술학진적란소암환자80례，병리학진적란소량성환자50례，동시수집동기건강체검각항지표균정상적건강인작위대조조，균추취정맥혈진행혈청 CEA、CA125、CA199검사。결과：란소암조 CEA(19.5±10.0)ng/mL，CA125(389.2±174.5)U/mL，CA199(133.2±72.2)U/mL；란소량성조 CEA(4.4±2.1)ng/mL，CA125(19.5±7.5)U/mL，CA199(15.1±8.9)U/mL；대조조 CEA(2.0±1.4)ng/mL，CA125(12.4±8.1)U/mL，CA199(11.2±4.6)U/mL，란소암조、란소량성조여대조조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)，란소암조여란소량성조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。단독CEA검험적민감도35.0%，특이성98.75%；단독CA125검험적민감도72.5%，특이성92.5%；단독CA199검험적민감도43.75%，특이성96.25%；연합검험적민감도91.25%，특이성90.0%，연합검험명현우우 CEA、CA125、CA199단독검험(P＜0.05)。결론：혈청CEA、CA125、CA199련검유리우제고양성검출솔，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To explore the effect of joint inspection of serum CEA,CA125,CA199 levels in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.Methods:80 patients with ovarian cancer confirmed by operation were selected from February 2010 to March 2014.50 cases of benign ovarian patients diagnosed by pathology were selected,and at the same time,the normal health subjects with the normal index were selected as the control group.They were examined for serum CEA,CA125,CA199 with venous blood.Results:In ovarian cancer group,CEA was (19.5±10)ng/mL;CA125 was (389.2±174.5)U/mL;CA199 was (133.2±72.2)U/mL.In ovarian benign group,CEA was (4.4±2.1)ng/mL;CA125 was (19.5±7.5)U/mL;CA199 was (15.1±8.9)U/mL.In the control group,CEA was (2±1.4)ng/mL;CA125 was (12.4±8.1)U/mL;CA199 was (11.2±4.6)U/mL.Comparison of ovarian cancer,benign ovarian group and control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison of ovarian cancer group and benign ovarian group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity of CEA alone was 35%,and specificity was 98.75%;the sensitivity of CA125 alone was 72.5%,and specificity was 92.5%;the sensitivity of CA199 alone was 43.75%,and specificity was 96.25%;the sensitivity of the joint inspection was 91.25%,and specificity was 90%.The joint inspection was obviously better than CEA,CA125,CA199 separately test(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum CEA,CA125,CA199 levels are helpful to improve the positive rate.It is worthy of clinical application.
