目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声对乳腺癌的临床诊断价值。方法：2012年1月-2014年1月收治乳腺癌患者126例，所有患者均进行血流信号检查和超声学诊断，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：经过超声及手术病理证实，血流信号检查结果0级1.58%(2/126)，Ⅰ级7.94%(10/126)，Ⅱ级64.29%(81/126)，Ⅲ级26.19%(33/126)。同时超声诊断出了乳腺癌的病理类型及发生部位。结论：彩色多普勒超声在乳腺癌的临床诊断中具有重要意义，不仅能提高准确率，而且对促进患者的康复起着重要的作用。

목적：탐토채색다보륵초성대유선암적림상진단개치。방법：2012년1월-2014년1월수치유선암환자126례，소유환자균진행혈류신호검사화초성학진단，대기림상자료진행회고성분석。결과：경과초성급수술병리증실，혈류신호검사결과0급1.58%(2/126)，Ⅰ급7.94%(10/126)，Ⅱ급64.29%(81/126)，Ⅲ급26.19%(33/126)。동시초성진단출료유선암적병리류형급발생부위。결론：채색다보륵초성재유선암적림상진단중구유중요의의，불부능제고준학솔，이차대촉진환자적강복기착중요적작용。
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:126 patients with breast cancer were selected from January 2012 to January 2014,all of them were checked by blood flow signals and ultrasonic diagnosis,we retrospectively analyzed the clinical datas of them.Results:After confirmed by the ultrasound and operation pathology,the blood flow signal examination results was 0 grade 1.58%(2/126),grade Ⅰ 7.94%(10/126),grade Ⅱ 64.29%(81/126),grade Ⅲ 26.19%(33/126).At the same time,the ultrasound diagnosed the pathological types of breast cancer and the occurrence site.Conclusion:It has an important significance in clinical diagnosis of color doppler ultrasound in breast cancer,that not only can improve the accuracy rate,but also to promote the rehabilitation of patients plays an important role.
