目的:探讨多层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像(CTA)与冠状动脉造影(CAG)在冠状动脉病变诊断中的临床价值。方法:2011年9月-2013年9月收治冠心病患者90例,分别实施 CTA与 CAG检查,比较2种检查诊断结果。结果:90例患者行CAG检测得出冠状动脉病变116支,其中轻度狭窄45支,中度狭窄46支,重度狭窄25支。经冠状动脉CTA成像检出病变冠状动脉138支,其中轻度狭窄54支,中度狭窄48支,重度狭窄36支。冠状动脉CTA检测诊断病变显示率明显优于CAG诊断,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠状动脉CTA检测有其无创、高效的优势,可作为诊断冠状动脉病变的有效方案。

목적:탐토다층라선CT관상동맥성상(CTA)여관상동맥조영(CAG)재관상동맥병변진단중적림상개치。방법:2011년9월-2013년9월수치관심병환자90례,분별실시 CTA여 CAG검사,비교2충검사진단결과。결과:90례환자행CAG검측득출관상동맥병변116지,기중경도협착45지,중도협착46지,중도협착25지。경관상동맥CTA성상검출병변관상동맥138지,기중경도협착54지,중도협착48지,중도협착36지。관상동맥CTA검측진단병변현시솔명현우우CAG진단,량조대비차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:관상동맥CTA검측유기무창、고효적우세,가작위진단관상동맥병변적유효방안。
Objective:To investigate the multilayer spiral CT coronary angiography(CTA) and coronary angiography(CAG) in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease.Methods: 90 patients with coronary heart disease were selected from September 2011 to September 2013.They were given the implementation of CTA and CAG examination respectively,and we compared the two kinds of diagnosis results.Results:90 patients underwent CAG test that coronary artery lesions in 116 branches,including 45 mild stenosis,46 moderate stenosis,25 severe stenosis.The CTA angiography of coronary artery lesions of coronary artery in 138 branches,including 54 mild stenosis,48 moderate stenosis,36 severe stenosis.CTA detection and diagnosis of coronary artery lesions showed significantly better than that of CAG in the diagnosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Coronary artery CTA examination is a non-invasive,high efficiency advantages.It can be used as an effective scheme for diagnosis of coronary artery disease.
