目的：讨论自拟慢性痢疾灌肠汤保留灌肠治疗慢性细菌性痢疾的效果。方法：2009年6月-2011年6月收治慢性痢疾患者68例，将其随机分为口服组和灌肠组，各34例，口服组口服痢特灵治疗，治疗组给予自拟慢性痢疾灌肠汤保留灌肠。结果：中药保留灌肠组治疗效果明显优于口服组(P＜0.01)，灌肠组用药过程中未见不良反应，口服组11例出现轻重不等恶心、呕吐等不良反应。结论：自拟中药灌肠汤治疗慢性细菌性痢疾具有安全、快捷、不良反应少等优点。

목적：토론자의만성이질관장탕보류관장치료만성세균성이질적효과。방법：2009년6월-2011년6월수치만성이질환자68례，장기수궤분위구복조화관장조，각34례，구복조구복리특령치료，치료조급여자의만성이질관장탕보류관장。결과：중약보류관장조치료효과명현우우구복조(P＜0.01)，관장조용약과정중미견불량반응，구복조11례출현경중불등악심、구토등불량반응。결론：자의중약관장탕치료만성세균성이질구유안전、쾌첩、불량반응소등우점。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic bacterial dysentery.Methods:68 patients with chronic diarrhea were selected from June 2009 to June 2011.They were randomly divided into the oral group and the enema group with 34 cases in each.Patients in the oral group were treated with oral furazolidone.Patients in the treatment group were given retention enema using"chronic dysentery enema decoction".Results:The treatment effect of enema group was better than that of the oral group(P<0.01).There had no adverse reactions during the treatment,and 11 cases in the oral group occured varying severity of adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting.Conclusion:Self-made traditional Chinese medicine enema decoction in the treatment of chronic bacterial dysentery has the advantages of safety,quickly,and fewer of adverse reactions.
