目的：通过对中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察，探讨中西医结合保守疗法对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：对162例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行中医针灸、推拿、牵引辅助西医西药治疗。结果：162例患者，治愈106例，好转39例，无效17例，有效率89.5%。结论：采用中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果理想，避免手术可能带来的并发症，就诊方便、费用较低、患者容易接受，可以作为一种有效的治疗方法进行临床推广。

목적：통과대중서의결합치료요추간반돌출증적림상관찰，탐토중서의결합보수요법대요추간반돌출증적료효。방법：대162례요추간반돌출증환자진행중의침구、추나、견인보조서의서약치료。결과：162례환자，치유106례，호전39례，무효17례，유효솔89.5%。결론：채용중서의결합치료요추간반돌출증효과이상，피면수술가능대래적병발증，취진방편、비용교저、환자용역접수，가이작위일충유효적치료방법진행림상추엄。
Objective:Through the clinical observation of traditional Chinese and western medicine combination conservative treatment on lubar intervertebral disc protrusion,to explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine combination conservative treatment on lubar intervertebral disc protrusion.Methods:163 patients with lubar intervertebral disc protrusion were given Chinese medicine acupuncture,massage,traction with western medicine treatment.Results:In 162 patients, 106 cases were cured;39 cases were improved;17 cases were ineffective;the effective rate was 89.5%.Conclusion:The effect of using traditional Chinese and western medicine combination treatment on lubar intervertebral disc protrusion is ideal.It avoids operation possible be brought about complications,medical convenience,low cost,and it is easy to be accepted by patients.It can be used as an effective treatment method for clinical promotion.
