With the development of the society, to develop students' manipulative ability and make contemporary university students become practical innovative talents is the one of the important goals of the advanced local colleges and universities. This article puts forward "to promote teaching by contest" and "to promote the innovative talents cultivation by contest", trying to discover the practice innovation ability of students through various means and platforms and to provide good atmosphere for innovative talents cultivation.
