以“职业背景”为高职教育教学目标的前提下，高职英语教师的专业成长和教师内在专业结构不断更新，高职英语教师的专业发展尤为重要，建立一支高素质，高技能的教师队伍势在必行。本文通过对辽宁省部分高职学校教师的师资进行调查问卷和访谈了解到师资队伍的存在的问题和不足之处，提出了通过以下途径来培养师资队伍，使其达到可持续发展下去。

On the premise of "occupation background" for the teaching goal of higher vocational education, professional development and teachers' internal professional structure of higher vocational English teachers constantly updated. It is particularly important to the professional development of English teachers in vocational colleges. Through questionnaire survey and interviews of teachers in part of the higher vocational colleges in Liaoning province, the problems and deficiencies in teachers team are found and ways to train teachers are put forward in order to achieve sustainable development.
