目的：探讨在不同的管理模式下，对消毒供应室护士意识的影响。方法：2009年9月-2012年8月消毒供应室实行分散管理以及集中管理，对效果进行回顾性分析，对于两种管理模式对护士防护意识的影响进行比较，比较护士受伤害事件的发生率。结果：在分散管理模式下，护士考核总合格率92%，考核优秀率44.5%，而在集中管理模式下，护士的考核总合格率100%，优秀率64%，两者相比较，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。同时在分散管理的模式下，共发生9例受伤事件，报告率40%，而集中管理模式下报告人数5例，报告率18%，两者相比较，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在消毒供应室实行集中管理模式能够提高护士的防护意识，减少安全事故的发生，其效果优于分散管理。

목적：탐토재불동적관리모식하，대소독공응실호사의식적영향。방법：2009년9월-2012년8월소독공응실실행분산관리이급집중관리，대효과진행회고성분석，대우량충관리모식대호사방호의식적영향진행비교，비교호사수상해사건적발생솔。결과：재분산관리모식하，호사고핵총합격솔92%，고핵우수솔44.5%，이재집중관리모식하，호사적고핵총합격솔100%，우수솔64%，량자상비교，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。동시재분산관리적모식하，공발생9례수상사건，보고솔40%，이집중관리모식하보고인수5례，보고솔18%，량자상비교，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：재소독공응실실행집중관리모식능구제고호사적방호의식，감소안전사고적발생，기효과우우분산관리。
Objective:To explore the influence of different management models for the protective consciousness of nurses in disinfection supply room.Methods:Decentralized management and centralized management were carried out from September 2009 to August 2012 in Department of disinfection and supply.Effects were retrospectively analyzed.We compared the influence of different management models for the protective consciousness of nurses,and compared the incidence of hurt events with nurses. Results:In the decentralized management mode,nurse examination total qualified rate was 92%,and the assessment of excellent rate was 44.5%,while in the centralized management mode,nurse examination total qualified rate was 100%,and the excellent rate was 64%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,in the decentralized management mode,9 patients occurred injured event,report rate was 40%,and the centralized management mode,report number was 5 people,the report rate was 18% ;the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of centralized management mode in disinfection supply room can improve nurses' awareness of protection,reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.The effect is better than the decentralized management.
