目的:探讨情景模拟教学法在妇科异位妊娠教学中的应用效果。方法:广东医学院来本院见习的2009级88名临床专业学员,其中45名临床医学专业学员为试验组,43名临床医学专业学员为对照组,试验组采用改良的情景模拟教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。通过闭卷理论考试,比较两组的学习效果。结果:试验组与对照组异位妊娠考试的平均成绩、成绩构成、优良情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),试验组的考试成绩明显优于对照组。结论:情景模拟教学法在妇科异位妊娠教学中效果明显优于传统教学法,是一种行之有效的教学方法。

목적:탐토정경모의교학법재부과이위임신교학중적응용효과。방법:엄동의학원래본원견습적2009급88명림상전업학원,기중45명림상의학전업학원위시험조,43명림상의학전업학원위대조조,시험조채용개량적정경모의교학법,대조조채용전통교학법。통과폐권이론고시,비교량조적학습효과。결과:시험조여대조조이위임신고시적평균성적、성적구성、우량정황비교,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.001),시험조적고시성적명현우우대조조。결론:정경모의교학법재부과이위임신교학중효과명현우우전통교학법,시일충행지유효적교학방법。
Objective:To explore the application effect of improved scene simulation teaching method in the teaching of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:Guangdong Medical College probation 2009 grade 88 clinical students.45 clinical medical students were as the experimental group,and 43 clinical medical students were as the control group.The experimental group was given improved scene simulation teaching method,while the control group was given the traditional teaching method.Through the closed book examination of the theory,we compared two groups of learning effect.Results:We compared the average score,score composition, the excellent situation about examination of ectopic pregnancy of the experimental group and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The test results of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group. Conclusion:The effect of improved scene simulation teaching method in the teaching of ectopic pregnancy is obviously superior to the traditional teaching method.It is a kind of effective teaching method.
