目的:对婴幼儿肺炎患者采用3%氯化钠溶液雾化吸入,促进排痰,提高痰培养阳性率。方法:2013年1月1日-12月31日收治需留取痰标本而采样困难的婴幼儿肺炎患者112例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各56例。对照组采用生理盐水2 mL+普米克2 mg+可比特1.25 mL雾化的方式进行标本采集,试验组采用生理盐水2 mL+普米克2 mg+可比特1.25 mL雾化10 min后,再用3%氯化钠溶液雾化吸入的方式进行标本采集,观察并比较两组痰液标本细菌培养情况。结果:两组痰液标本细菌培养结果有明显差异,试验组(67.86%)明显高于对照组(35.71%),差异具有统计学意义(χ2=11.59,P<0.05)。结论:采用3%氯化钠溶液雾化吸入法能显著提高采集的痰液标本细菌培养的阳性率,缩短临床诊断时间,改善治疗效果。

목적:대영유인폐염환자채용3%록화납용액무화흡입,촉진배담,제고담배양양성솔。방법:2013년1월1일-12월31일수치수류취담표본이채양곤난적영유인폐염환자112례,수궤분위시험조화대조조,각56례。대조조채용생리염수2 mL+보미극2 mg+가비특1.25 mL무화적방식진행표본채집,시험조채용생리염수2 mL+보미극2 mg+가비특1.25 mL무화10 min후,재용3%록화납용액무화흡입적방식진행표본채집,관찰병비교량조담액표본세균배양정황。결과:량조담액표본세균배양결과유명현차이,시험조(67.86%)명현고우대조조(35.71%),차이구유통계학의의(χ2=11.59,P<0.05)。결론:채용3%록화납용액무화흡입법능현저제고채집적담액표본세균배양적양성솔,축단림상진단시간,개선치료효과。
Objective:To use 3% NaCl atomization inhalation for infants with pneumonia,promote expectoration,to improve the positive rate of sputum culture.Methods:112 patients with infantile pneumonia of sampling difficulties were selected from January 1, to December 31st 2013.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 56 cases in each group.The control group was given NS 2 mL + pulmicort 2 mg + Kebite 1.25 mL atomization for specimen collection.The experimental group was given NS 2 mL+pulmicort 2 mg+Kebite 1.25 mL atomization for 10 min,and added 3% NaCl aerosol inhalation for collection of samples.We compared the bacterial culture of sputum samples of the two groups.Results:In the two group in sputum bacteria culture results,there were obvious differences.The test group(67.86%) was significantly higher than that of control group(35.71% ),and the difference was statistically significant( χ 2=11.59,P<0.05).Conclusion:3% NaCl atomization inhalation can significantly improve the collection of sputum bacterial culture positive rate,shorten the time of clinical diagnosis and improve the treatment effect.
