目的：探讨中西医结合治疗慢性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法：2010年1月-2014年1月收治慢性胰腺炎患者167例，随机分为治疗组(84例)与对照组(83例)。对照组给予常规西医治疗，治疗组给予中西医结合治疗。结果：对照组总有效率89.2%，治疗组总有效率68.6%。结论：中西医结合辨证治疗慢性胰腺炎较对照组可迅速缓解疼痛，不良反应小，临床效果好，深受患者好评，值得临床推广。

목적：탐토중서의결합치료만성이선염적림상효과。방법：2010년1월-2014년1월수치만성이선염환자167례，수궤분위치료조(84례)여대조조(83례)。대조조급여상규서의치료，치료조급여중서의결합치료。결과：대조조총유효솔89.2%，치료조총유효솔68.6%。결론：중서의결합변증치료만성이선염교대조조가신속완해동통，불량반응소，림상효과호，심수환자호평，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic pancreatitis.Methods: 167 patients with chronic pancreatitis were selected from January 2010 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into the treatment group(84 cases) and the control group(83 cases).The control group was given conventional western medicine information,and the treatment group was given combined treatment of TCM and Western medicine.Results:In the control group,the total efficiency was 89.2%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 68.6%.Conclusion:The treatment of chronic pancreatitis in the control group can quickly relieve pain with integrated traditional and Western medicine.It has little adverse reaction,good clinical effect and received by patients,so it is worth the clinical promotion.
