目的：探讨利用可裁剪平片行烟卷式股管填充式股疝修补术56例的体会，探讨其在基层推广的前景。方法：2007年5月-2012年6月收治使用该术式治疗股疝患者56例。结果：56例全部治愈，手术时间短(15～45 min，平均20 min)，术后住院时间2～3 d，术后脂肪液化1例，余无并发症，术后随访0.5～5年，无复发。结论：采用可裁剪平片行烟卷式股管填充式股疝修补术是安全有效的，手术费用低廉，适合农村基层医院推广。

목적：탐토이용가재전평편행연권식고관전충식고산수보술56례적체회，탐토기재기층추엄적전경。방법：2007년5월-2012년6월수치사용해술식치료고산환자56례。결과：56례전부치유，수술시간단(15～45 min，평균20 min)，술후주원시간2～3 d，술후지방액화1례，여무병발증，술후수방0.5～5년，무복발。결론：채용가재전평편행연권식고관전충식고산수보술시안전유효적，수술비용저렴，괄합농촌기층의원추엄。
Objective:To study the application of roll-into-stick tailorable mesh in Plug-mesh Hernia Repair,and to discuss the prospect in the basic lever hospital.Methods:56 patients with the procedure to cure femoral hernia were selected from May 2007 to June 2012.Results:All cases were cured after surgery,the operation time was short(15~45 min,20 min in average),2~3 days of hospitalization time,no complication occurred except 1 case of fat liquefaction.Patients were followed-up for 6 months to 5 years to evaluate the clinical efficacy,with no one recurrence.Conclusion:Using roll-into-stick tailorable mess in Plug-mesh Hernia Repair approved to be safety and effective,owing to the low expense,it is suitable in the basic lever hospital.
