目的：探讨氧超声雾化肾上腺素与布地奈德治疗儿童急性哮喘的疗效及不良反应。方法：儿童急性哮喘患者124例随机分成两组。对照组给予平喘、解痉等对症治疗，治疗组在对症治疗基础上加用异丙基肾上腺素1 mg、布地奈德混悬液1 mg(加0.9%氯化钠注射液10 mL)氧气雾化吸入，3次/d，治疗后评价两组疗效及肺功能变化。结果：治疗组临床有效率93.5%，对照组临床有效率51.6%。治疗后4周，治疗组肺功能改善较对照组明显(P＜0.05)。结论：氧超声雾化肾上腺素与布地奈德具有协同解痉和平喘作用，可减少糖皮质激素全身用药的不良反应。

목적：탐토양초성무화신상선소여포지내덕치료인동급성효천적료효급불량반응。방법：인동급성효천환자124례수궤분성량조。대조조급여평천、해경등대증치료，치료조재대증치료기출상가용이병기신상선소1 mg、포지내덕혼현액1 mg(가0.9%록화납주사액10 mL)양기무화흡입，3차/d，치료후평개량조료효급폐공능변화。결과：치료조림상유효솔93.5%，대조조림상유효솔51.6%。치료후4주，치료조폐공능개선교대조조명현(P＜0.05)。결론：양초성무화신상선소여포지내덕구유협동해경화평천작용，가감소당피질격소전신용약적불량반응。
Objective:To study the curative effect and adverse reactions of ultrasonic atomization oxygen of adrenaline and budesonide in the treatment of children with acute asthma.Methods:124 cases of children with acute asthma were divided into two groups at random.The control group were given symptomatic treatment,such as relieving asthma,spasmolysis.The treatment group were given ultrasonic atomization oxygen of adrenaline 1 mg and budesonide 1 mg which was added into 10 mL saline,3 times/d, evaluating the effect and pulmonary function changes of the two groups after treatment.Results:The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 93.5% and that of the control group was 51.6%.After 4 weeks of treatment,the lung function of the treatment group improved significantly than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasonic atomization oxygen of adrenaline and budesonide has the effect of spasmolysis and relieving asthma,which can reduce the adverse reactions of systemic glucocorticoid administration.
