目的：研究罗哌卡因和利多卡因的原理和临床疗效，探讨罗哌卡因复合利多卡因连续硬膜外麻醉在老年疝气手术中的使用效果，判断是否具有临床应用价值。方法：2010年1月-2013年12月收治老年疝气患者32例，术前小剂量注射含罗哌卡因0.35%和利多卡因1%复合溶剂10 mL，无其他过敏和并发症后，采用罗哌卡因复合利多卡因进行连续硬膜外麻醉治疗疝气。结果：采用罗哌卡因复合利多卡因进行连续硬膜外麻醉治疗疝气，手术过程中患者无过敏和特异性反应，生理机制正常；术后进行护理后无并发症的发生。结论：0.35%的罗哌卡因复合1%的利多卡因用于连续硬膜外的局部麻醉药剂用于老年疝气手术中效果良好，具有临床推广使用的价值。
목적：연구라고잡인화리다잡인적원리화림상료효，탐토라고잡인복합리다잡인련속경막외마취재노년산기수술중적사용효과，판단시부구유림상응용개치。방법：2010년1월-2013년12월수치노년산기환자32례，술전소제량주사함라고잡인0.35%화리다잡인1%복합용제10 mL，무기타과민화병발증후，채용라고잡인복합리다잡인진행련속경막외마취치료산기。결과：채용라고잡인복합리다잡인진행련속경막외마취치료산기，수술과정중환자무과민화특이성반응，생리궤제정상；술후진행호리후무병발증적발생。결론：0.35%적라고잡인복합1%적리다잡인용우련속경막외적국부마취약제용우노년산기수술중효과량호，구유림상추엄사용적개치。
Objective:To study the principle and clinical effect of ropivacaine and lidocaine,to explore the application effect of ropivacaine combined with lidocaine for continuous epidural anesthesia in senile hernia operation,and to judge whether it had the value of clinical application.Methods:32 cases of senile hernia patients were selected from January 2010 to December 2013.Before operation,10 mL composite solvent containing 0.35% ropivacaine and lidocaine 1% was injected.After without other allergies and complications,we treated hernia using ropivacaine combined with lidocaine for continuous epidural anesthesia.Results:We used ropivacaine combined with lidocaine for continuous epidural anesthesia.In the process of operation,there was no allergy and specific reactions,and physiological function was normal.After operation,no complications were found after the nursing.Conclusion:The application effect of 0.35% ropivacaine combined with 1% lidocaine for continuous epidural anesthesia in senile hernia operation is good.It has clinical application value.
