目的：探讨无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并呼吸衰竭的护理方法。方法：2013年5月-2013年11月收治无创呼吸机治疗的COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者31例，进行临床护理观察，并做出效果评价。结果：31例患者均能积极配合治疗。27例症状明显改善，3例症状有所改善，1例无效，改为有创通气。在治疗和护理的配合下，取得了较满意的临床效果。结论：无创通气治疗的过程中，保持呼吸道通畅，把握好治疗时机和患者配合是治疗效果的关键。

목적：탐토무창호흡궤치료만성조새성폐질병(COPD)합병호흡쇠갈적호리방법。방법：2013년5월-2013년11월수치무창호흡궤치료적COPD합병호흡쇠갈환자31례，진행림상호리관찰，병주출효과평개。결과：31례환자균능적겁배합치료。27례증상명현개선，3례증상유소개선，1례무효，개위유창통기。재치료화호리적배합하，취득료교만의적림상효과。결론：무창통기치료적과정중，보지호흡도통창，파악호치료시궤화환자배합시치료효과적관건。
Objective:To explore the nursing methods of non-invasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) with respiratory failure.Method:31 cases of patients with COPD with respiratory failure treated with non-invasive ventilator therapy from May 2013 to November 2013 accepted clinical nursing observation,and the effect evaluation was made.Results:31 cases of patients could cooperate with treatment actively.27 cases had substantial improvement;3 cases improved;1 case was invalid which had invasive ventilation instead.The cooperation of treatment and care achieved satisfactory clinical results.Conclusion:Keeping respiratory tract unobstructed,holding good treatment timing and cooperation with patients in the process of Non-invasive ventilation treatment are the key to the treatment effect.
