目的：探讨多排螺旋CT在膝关节外伤诊断中的效果，从而分析该诊断方法在临床上的应用价值和意义。方法：2012年12月-2013年12月收治膝关节损伤患者100例，回顾性分析其临床资料，对比观察多排螺旋CT的诊断和手术证实的诊断结果。结果：多排螺旋 CT 诊断结果显示关节积液、半月板损伤以及骨质损伤的准确率分别为94.4%、91.2%以及93.3%，其诊断结果与手术证实结果比较两者间差异无统计学意义(χ2值分别为0.301、0.324、0.315，P＞0.05)。结论：使用多排螺旋CT对膝关节损伤提前进行诊断，其结果可靠，有利于医生对患者病情及早进行准确的了解，从而对患者进行及时有效的治疗，促进患者生命质量的提高。
목적：탐토다배라선CT재슬관절외상진단중적효과，종이분석해진단방법재림상상적응용개치화의의。방법：2012년12월-2013년12월수치슬관절손상환자100례，회고성분석기림상자료，대비관찰다배라선CT적진단화수술증실적진단결과。결과：다배라선 CT 진단결과현시관절적액、반월판손상이급골질손상적준학솔분별위94.4%、91.2%이급93.3%，기진단결과여수술증실결과비교량자간차이무통계학의의(χ2치분별위0.301、0.324、0.315，P＞0.05)。결론：사용다배라선CT대슬관절손상제전진행진단，기결과가고，유리우의생대환자병정급조진행준학적료해，종이대환자진행급시유효적치료，촉진환자생명질량적제고。
Objective:To investigate the effect of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of knee trauma,so as to analyze the diagnostic methods in the clinical application value and significance.Methods:100 patients with knee joint injury were selected from December 2012 to December 2013.Clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.We compared the diagnosis by multi-slice spiral CT and operation.Results:Multi slice CT diagnosis results showed that joint effusion,meniscus injury and bone injury accurate rate respectively was 94.4%,91.2% and 93.3%.Compared the results of the diagnosis and results confirmed by operation, there was no significant difference(χ 2 respectively was 0.301,0.324,0.315,P>0.05).Conclusion:The result of multi-slice spiral CT in the knee joint injury for early diagnosis is reliable.It helps doctors to get early accurate understanding about patients,so as to provide the patients with timely and effective treatment and improve the patients quality of life.
