目的:探讨氢氧化钙氯已定混合液对根管治疗失败的病例进行根管消毒的效果。方法:选取根管治疗失败的患者69例,随机分为观察组(23例)、对照组(46例),对照组再分为氢氧化钙组和氯己定组,每组23例。观察组使用氢氧化钙氯已定混合液对根管进行消毒处理,对照组两组分别用氢氧化钙和2%氯己定溶液对根管进行消毒处理。3次就诊时取患者根管内的细菌标本进行培养,以了解消毒状况。结果:两组患者第1次就诊时,观察组消毒效果较好,对照组中使用氯己定溶液的效果较使用氢氧化钙溶液好。第2次就诊时,观察组的消毒效果和对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),第3次就诊时,观察组的细菌感染率低于对照组,但是差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氢氧化钙氯己定混合液对根管治疗失败病例的根管消毒效果良好,而在其再治疗过程中的应用还需进一步探究。

목적:탐토경양화개록이정혼합액대근관치료실패적병례진행근관소독적효과。방법:선취근관치료실패적환자69례,수궤분위관찰조(23례)、대조조(46례),대조조재분위경양화개조화록기정조,매조23례。관찰조사용경양화개록이정혼합액대근관진행소독처리,대조조량조분별용경양화개화2%록기정용액대근관진행소독처리。3차취진시취환자근관내적세균표본진행배양,이료해소독상황。결과:량조환자제1차취진시,관찰조소독효과교호,대조조중사용록기정용액적효과교사용경양화개용액호。제2차취진시,관찰조적소독효과화대조조상비,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05),제3차취진시,관찰조적세균감염솔저우대조조,단시차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론:경양화개록기정혼합액대근관치료실패병례적근관소독효과량호,이재기재치료과정중적응용환수진일보탐구。
Objective:To explore the disinfection effect of the mixture of calcium hydroxide and chlorhexidinehas in the treatment of failure cases after the root canal therapy.Methods:69 cases of patients with failure after the root canal treatment were randomly divided into the observation group(23 cases) and the control group(46 cases) and the control group were divided into the calcium hydroxide group and the chlorhexidine group,with 23 cases in each group.The observation group accepted root canal disinfection treatment through the mixture of calcium hydroxide and chlorhexidine,and the control group accepted root canal disinfection treatment respectively through calcium hydroxide and 2% chlorhexidine.The bacteria specimen in root canal for culture were taken three times when patients saw a doctor in order to understand the disinfection condition.Results:When the two groups of patients first saw a doctor,the disinfection effect of the observation group was better,and the disinfection effect of chlorhexidine was better than that of the calcium hydroxide in the control group.When the second visits,the disinfection effect of the observation group were compared with that of the control group,and the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).When the third visits, the bacteria infection rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The mixture of calcium hydroxide and chlorhexidinehas in the treatment of failure cases after the root canal therapy had good disinfection effect,but its application of treatment process would need to be further explored.
