目的：探讨生物反馈-电刺激+盆底肌肉锻炼治疗女性尿失禁的疗效。方法：2010年12月-2014年3月接受生物反馈-电刺激+盆底肌肉锻炼治疗5～30次的女性尿失禁患者109例作为观察对象，评定治疗后的效果。结果：109例女性尿失禁患者治疗5～30次的总有效率81.10%。生物反馈-电刺激治疗10～30次疗效较好；盆底肌肉锻炼42天以上疗效较好。结论：女性尿失禁进行生物反馈-电刺激治疗10～30次的疗效确切，加上盆底肌肉锻炼42天以上疗效更好。

목적：탐토생물반궤-전자격+분저기육단련치료녀성뇨실금적료효。방법：2010년12월-2014년3월접수생물반궤-전자격+분저기육단련치료5～30차적녀성뇨실금환자109례작위관찰대상，평정치료후적효과。결과：109례녀성뇨실금환자치료5～30차적총유효솔81.10%。생물반궤-전자격치료10～30차료효교호；분저기육단련42천이상료효교호。결론：녀성뇨실금진행생물반궤-전자격치료10～30차적료효학절，가상분저기육단련42천이상료효경호。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise in the treatment of female urinary incontinence.Methods:109 cases of female patients with urinary incontinence treated with 5~30 times of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise from December 2010 to March 2014 were as the research object,and the curative effect was assessed after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of 109 cases with female urinary incontinence treated with 5~30 times was 81.10% .The curative effect of 10~30 times of biofeedback-electrical stimulation treatment was better,and the curative effect of pelvic floor muscle exercise over 42 days was better.Conclusion:The curative effect of 10~30 times of biofeedback-electrical stimulation in the treatment of female urinary incontinence was better,and the curative effect was better if combining pelvic floor muscle exercise over 42 days.
