目的：探讨阑尾炎手术患者的围术期护理干预方法及干预效果。方法：2013年8月-2014年8月收治行阑尾炎手术患者124例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各62例，对照组采用常规护理干预，观察组采用综合性护理干预，比较两组患者临床护理干预效果及并发症发生情况。结果：观察组手术时间及住院时间都明显短于对照组，具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组术中出血量也明显少于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对进行阑尾炎手术的患者进行综合性围手术期护理干预，能有效提高患者临床治疗效果，减轻患者手术痛苦，提高患者生活质量，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토란미염수술환자적위술기호리간예방법급간예효과。방법：2013년8월-2014년8월수치행란미염수술환자124례，수궤분위대조조화관찰조，각62례，대조조채용상규호리간예，관찰조채용종합성호리간예，비교량조환자림상호리간예효과급병발증발생정황。결과：관찰조수술시간급주원시간도명현단우대조조，구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。관찰조술중출혈량야명현소우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。관찰조술후병발증발생솔명현저우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：대진행란미염수술적환자진행종합성위수술기호리간예，능유효제고환자림상치료효과，감경환자수술통고，제고환자생활질량，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the nursing intervention method of perioperative in patients with appendicitis and its effect. Methods:124 patients with appendicitis operation were selected from August 2013 to August 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 62 cases in each.Patients in the control group treated with routine nursing intervention,while in the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing intervention,then we compared nursing intervention effect and complication situation between two groups.Results:The operation time and hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention method of perioperative in patients with appendicitis can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of patients,reduce pain of operation,and improve the life quality of patients,so it is worthy of clinical application.
