目的：探讨康复新液治疗难治性消化性溃疡患者的临床疗效。方法：2012年1月-2014年1月收治难治性消化性溃疡患者66例，在征得患者同意的基础上依照双色球的方式随机给予其中33例患者奥美拉唑+阿莫西林+甲硝唑等西药治疗(比较组)，另33例患者在比较组的基础上口服康复新液(观察组)，对两组的治疗效果以及复发率进行探讨与分析。结果：经相应用药，治疗总有效率观察组和比较组分别为96.7%(32/33)和78.8%(26/33)，两组差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；复发率观察组和比较组分别为6.06%(2/33)和27.3%(9/33)，两组差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对于难治性消化性溃疡患者来说，在服用西药的基础上加用康复新液可起到显著的治疗效果，使患者的治愈率得到大幅度提高，复发率得到降低，有着重要的临床使用价值。
목적：탐토강복신액치료난치성소화성궤양환자적림상료효。방법：2012년1월-2014년1월수치난치성소화성궤양환자66례，재정득환자동의적기출상의조쌍색구적방식수궤급여기중33례환자오미랍서+아막서림+갑초서등서약치료(비교조)，령33례환자재비교조적기출상구복강복신액(관찰조)，대량조적치료효과이급복발솔진행탐토여분석。결과：경상응용약，치료총유효솔관찰조화비교조분별위96.7%(32/33)화78.8%(26/33)，량조차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；복발솔관찰조화비교조분별위6.06%(2/33)화27.3%(9/33)，량조차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：대우난치성소화성궤양환자래설，재복용서약적기출상가용강복신액가기도현저적치료효과，사환자적치유솔득도대폭도제고，복발솔득도강저，유착중요적림상사용개치。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Kang Fu Xin liquid in the treatment of refractory peptic ulcer.Methods:66 patients with refractory peptic ulcer were selected from January 2012 to January 2014.On the basis of patient consent, according to the double chromosphere way,33 patients randomly given omeprazole + amoxicillin + metronidazole medicine therapy(comparison group),and the other 33 patients oral Kang Fu Xin liquid(observation group) on the basis of the comparison group.We discussed and analyzed the treatment effect and recurrence rate of two groups.Results:After the phase application of drug treatment,the total efficiency of the observation group and the comparison group were 96.7%(32/33) and 78.8%(26/33),and the difference between the two groups were significant,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of the observation group and the comparison group were 6.06%(2/33) and 27.3%(9/33),and the difference between the two groups were significant, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:For intractable peptic ulcer patients,combination of western medicine and Kang Fu Xin liquid can play a significant effect of the treatment.It can improve the cure rate,and reduce the recurrence rate,so it has the important clinical value.
