目的：探讨高血压的危险因素及发病的特点，并提出相应的治疗方法。方法：2012年1月-2013年10月收治已确诊为高血压患者76例作为研究组，并选取同期76例健康体检者作为对照组。结果：高血压患者危险因素主要包括年龄、肥胖、血脂、日均食盐摄入量，两组在这4方面因素上差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。经过干预后，研究组SBP、DBP均明显下降，跟干预前对比，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：年龄、肥胖、血脂和食盐摄入量是高血压发病的危险因素，在临床上，给予患者饮食指导、运动指导和药物干预效果良好，值得推广。

목적：탐토고혈압적위험인소급발병적특점，병제출상응적치료방법。방법：2012년1월-2013년10월수치이학진위고혈압환자76례작위연구조，병선취동기76례건강체검자작위대조조。결과：고혈압환자위험인소주요포괄년령、비반、혈지、일균식염섭입량，량조재저4방면인소상차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。경과간예후，연구조SBP、DBP균명현하강，근간예전대비，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：년령、비반、혈지화식염섭입량시고혈압발병적위험인소，재림상상，급여환자음식지도、운동지도화약물간예효과량호，치득추엄。
Objective:To investigate the hypertension risk factors and characteristics of pathogenesis,and proposed the corresponding treatment methods.Methods:76 patients who had been diagnosed with hypertension were selected from January 2012 to October 2013 as the study group,and we selected the same period 76 cases of healthy people as control group.Results:The risk factors of patients with hypertension mainly include:age,obesity,blood lipid,daily salt intake.There were statistically significant differences between two groups in these 4 aspects factors(P<0.05).After the intervention,the SBP,DBP of 76 patients were decreased significantly.Compared with before the intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Age,obesity,blood fat and salt intake are the risk factors of hypertension.In clinical,we give patients diet guidance, exercise guidance and drug intervention,and the effect is good,so it is worthy of promotion.
