For the drugs production enterprise, which wants to achieve GMP, they should start with the site selection and planning. In this paper, from the aspects of the principle of the factory planning, division of factory, plant layout, and channel design, the author discussed the design concept and manage- ment control measures of project location and planning of the pharmaceutical factory, and put forward some constructive opinions and suggestions.
