본문침대총체성시설계편제내용결핍침대성이급설계대책、실시관리결핍가조작성등현상，제출료기임무화내용응건립재심입알굴특색、조준핵심문제、주중실시관리등기출상，병결합안길현성총체성시설계실천，대기진행료해석。
This paper,aimed at the lack of targeted content of the overal city design and design strategy, the lack of operabi- lity of implementation and management etc, put forward that the tasks and content should be established based on finding features and core problems focusing on implementation and management.
