With the expansion of city size, the construction in- dustry is in rapid development, but the contradictions between economic development and environmental problems are gro- wing. Therefore, the concept of low carbon city emerges as the times require, and has developed into a most important concept in modern city construction. This paper analyzes the relation- ship and characteristics between the low carbon city and intel- ligent building electricity.
