The engineering supervision is the “escort offic- er?of the project safety, the smooth completion and delivery of project. Therefore, it is very necessary to clear the responsi- bility of project supervision. This paper defines the concept of project supervision responsibility, describes the type classifica- tion of supervision responsibility, and on this basis, makes a detailed analysis of the determination of engineering supervis- ion responsibility.
