The pavement and subgrade setlement have occur- red from time to time in road and bridge construction process, which affects the quality of road. This paper analyzed the problems in the construction of pavement setlement of road and bridge, and put forward some effective solutions to the setlement, to offer help with the construction of subgrade and pavement.
